Sticap: Tomates russes
Il m'est arrivé un truc énormissime hier... je me demandais comment faire pour le publier ? En gros, en ouvrant une boite de concentré de tomates de 1kg sticap, on trouve à l'intérieur, une AUTRE boite, non fermée de 500g!!!

- Malgré tout...Je leur ai envoyé un e-mail, avec les photos.
Au bout de 3 jours sans réponse, j'ai fini par appeler STICAP.
Pour vérifier que c'est la bonne adresse mail, d'abord. Et, dans le cas où c'est la bonne, demander une réponse.
La standardiste me redonne l'adresse mail. C'est la bonne. Je dis que j'ai écrit et que j'aurais voulu une réponse. Elle m'envoie à moitié chier. Je précise que j'ai envoyé un mail pour me plaindre de leurs produits et que si je n'obtiens pas de réponse, je vais contacter les journaux.
J'obtiens une responsable commerciale. Agréable et bonne commerciale. Qui hallucine complètement quand je lui raconte l'histoire. Qui présente des excuses et m'invite à venir visiter leur usine pour voir comme c'est propre, qu'ils sont homologués HACCP... et que ... l'erreur étant humaine, ça a pu arriver, bien qu'elle ne s'explique pas comment.
Donc au final, je suis relativement satisfaite. J'ai eu au moins des excuses. Et l'assurance qu'ils vont sans doute essayer de comprendre ce qui a bien pu se passer ! - revision voiturepour une révision des 30.000kms volswagen Alès dans le gard (chez meynadier garage neufs et occ= facturation 1h60 -88 euros ( temps passé sur le véhicule 20mn en gros - 3 voitures en meme temps pour l'employé 'donc 3 fois 88 euros pour 20 mn sur chacun des véhicules et vs ne pouvez rien dire sinon on vs garde la voiture jusqu'a ce que vs payez - est ce normal ?? facturation 270 euros : ou va ton
